You can download them here

Do I need to purchase/own Helix Base Plates for that version to fit on my lens?

Yes your lenses will need the Helix Base Plates. They are not included with the Warp Lens Filter

Will the 49mm Size work with my Fuji X100VI?

Yes, the focal length of 28mm on the Fuji X100 gives it a pretty dramatic effect
