A SMALLER SIZE
FOR YOUR
Q3 OR X100VI

We wanted to bring our Helix Maglock filter system to the smaller point and shoot cameras so we shrunk it down to fit the Leica Q3 and Fuji X100VI sized cameras. We have base plates specifically for the Q3 and X100VI so no adapters are needed as well as standard baseplates for traditional lenses up to 55mm threads.

LIMITED COLLECTION

200 Units Available

The Limited Collection includes base plates for the Leica Q3, Fuji X100VI, and a standard 49mm lens thread. It includes the six most popular filters (Everyday, CineGold, CineBlack, Polarizer, VND 2-5, and VND/PL 2-5). Included is also the premium Mini-Maglock filter case that holds everything, and the Mini-Maglock circular hood. The Limited Collection is packaged in the most premium box we have made.

Travel Light. Shoot Cinematic.
CineBlack transforms your x100 into a pocket-sized cinema camera. Subtle diffusion. Dreamy highlight bloom. A travel-friendly filter for photographers who want filmic depth without the lab.

The Look of Film, Without the Lab

CineBlack softens digital sharpness and smooths highlight rolloff to emulate Kodak cine film. The included Lightroom presets give you instant looks that match the filter’s tones, so your edits flow naturally.

Made for Run-N-Gun Creatives

On the Helix system, CineBlack swaps on and off without threading. Pair it with a VND for video, then drop back to clean glass for stills, fast, fluid, and field-ready. Travel light, shoot deep.

FAQ

How do I attach Mini-MagLock filters to my camera or lens?

You thread on a Mini-MagLock baseplate to your camera (sold separately). The Filter then locks onto the Mini-MagLock BasePlate

How do I know what size BasePlates to buy?

If you have a Leica Q3 or Fuji X100V or X100VI you purchase those BasePlates. They thread directly onto the outside of the Lens, no adapters needed. If you have a traditional lens you select the BasePlate that matches the threaded filter size for that lens. It will be marked or etched on your lens, or a quick google search will let you know.

Is Mini-MagLock compatible with hoods?

No, because of this we made a MiniMag hood for those that shoot hoods on their compact cameras.

What’s the difference between the Regular Size MagLock and Mini-MackLock?

Nothing other than the size, Mini-MagLock is a smaller design for premium compact cameras. All other components, mechanisms, and materials are the same.

Why would I need to swap filters fast?

Mini-MagLock is really only for people who install and remove filters often. We developed it with Pete to be something where you are shooting VND for slower shutter at lower aperture, then want to slap on the Shortstache for a different look, and then slap on the CineGold for a warmer diffusion look, then remove all filters all together for no effect. Its the premium filter system for changing looks quickly and seamlessly.
