Are any of the iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max Cases, Grips, Filters, or Lenses compatible with older LiteChaser Pro models?

All LiteChaser Pro 13 items are only compatible with version 13. However, from this point on all LiteChaser Pro 13 items will be forward-compatible with future iPhone/LiteChaser Pro models.

Will any of the LiteChaser Pro 11 or 12 items work on the iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max?

Only the Bluetooth Shutter is compatible with the LiteChaser Pro 13 Grips. No previous Cases, Grips, or Filters are compatible with the iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max.

How do I lock my iPhone's cameras to keep them from switching on me while shooting?

Simply navigate to Settings, Camera, Record Video, and scroll down to the bottom. There you will see a toggle for "Lock Camera".

Can I mount filters on my lenses?

All our lenses include a Filter Adapter Plate, which allows you to mount any LiteChaser Pro 13 Filter to your lens. *Please note, only LiteChaser Pro 13 filters are compatible with these Adapter Plates.

Which cameras on my iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max are the lenses compatible with?

The Anamorphic Lenses are compatible with the 1x Wide and 3x Telephoto Cameras. The 18mm Wide Lens is compatible with the 1x Wide Camera only.

Why are the VNDs not compatible with the 0.5x Ultra-Wide camera on the iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max?

VND filters, in general, are expected to cross-polarize below focal lengths of 16-17mm. The ultra-wide camera is a 14mm equivalent.

I see lines when using the 0.5x Ultra-Wide Camera with my Blue/GoldMorphic Filter, is this normal?

Yes. For best results, it is recommended to only use the 1x Wide and 3x Telephoto Cameras when using the BlueMorphic and GoldMorphic Filters.

Are the Blue/GoldMorphic Filters compatible with the Anamorphic Lenses?

Technically they will mount with the Filter Adapter Plates, but it's not recommended.

Can I use Moment® lenses with the LiteChaser Pro 13 Cases?

No, Moment® lenses are not compatible with the LiteChaser Pro 13 Cases.

Is the Bluetooth Shutter compatible with the LiteChaser Pro 13 Grips?

Yes!

Can I stack multiple filters on a lens?

No, only one filter can be mounted at a time.

Will any of the filters or lenses interfere with the LIDAR on the phone?

No, the LIDAR will be unaffected by the Case, Grip, Filters, Lenses, and Bluetooth Shutter.

Will additional iPhone 13 models, such as the Mini, eventually be supported?

There are no immediate plans to support other phone models at this time, however we are interested in feedback. If there is a specific model you would like to see supported, please email support@polarpro.com and let us know.
