How To Measure
*Chest, waist, and sleeve are based onyour body measurement.
*Body length is based ongarment measurements.
Chest - Measure around your chest under the armpit.
Waist - Measure around your waist just above the hips.
Sleeve - Measure from the center of the neck down to the wrist.
Body Length - Measured from the high-shoulder top to bottom.
Returns & Exchanges
All PolarPro Elements Collection apparel can be returned or exchanged for a different size. For U.S. customers, exchanges are free. Returns have a $5 flat-rate return postage fee. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Note, this may be very expensive from some countries. Please send your gear within 60-days. All items must be kept in new/unused condition with the tags still attached in order to be processed for a return or exchange.

Care
Machine wash cold and gentle with like colors. Do not bleach or dry clean. Avoid using fabric softeners. To extend the life of your flannel, be sure to hang dry. Can also tumble dry on low if desired. Do not iron on hot, cool ironing is okay.
